The beginnings of a contemporary classic, Highbrook is situated in the heart of the West Sussex countryside with the singular aim of producing the very finest English, single vineyard wines.
Highbrook was established in 2018 when the first Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay vines were planted on our elevated West Sussex site.
Our focus is on premium quality and working with our environment. Our aim is to strike the optimum balance between delivering some of Europe’s best sparkling wine and enhancing our environment whenever we can.
The first bottles of limited-edition English Sparkling wine are due for bottling in 2021 and release in late 2023.
At each stage, our aim is excellence. From vineyard management and harvesting only the very best of our grapes, to embracing the latest knowledge and innovation in the wine-making process, we embark on a relentless pursuit of perfection.
Situated within the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty between two babbling brooks and commanding panoramic views of the South Downs, our site offers the ideal conditions for English wine viticulture. The picturesque setting is centrally located in a region that is fast being recognised for producing some of the best, award-winning English wines.
The journey ahead is an exciting one, and we look forward to sharing it with you.
